10 Years of Building More Than Workplaces

More Than a Milestone

For most people, ten years is simply a milestone. For us, it represents a decade of learning, adapting and growing alongside the people who have shaped our journey. When T1 Glass was founded in 2016, our focus was straightforward: to deliver quality acoustic glass partition systems that met the needs of modern workplaces. As the years passed, however, the conversations we had with architects, designers, consultants, contractors and end users began to shape a much broader perspective. Every workplaces and project presented different challenges, different expectations and different ways of thinking, gradually expanding not only our expertise but also our understanding of what clients truly value in a workplace partner.

Today, while our capabilities have grown and our footprint has expanded across Asia Pacific, we remain guided by the same principle that has been with us from the beginning: lasting success is built on trust, consistency and long-term relationships.

Growing Together

One of the greatest transformations over the past decade hasn't been our products or our regional presence—it has been our people. Many of our colleagues have spent years growing together with the company, taking on new responsibilities, strengthening their technical expertise and becoming trusted specialists in their respective fields. Their knowledge wasn't developed through a single project or a training programme. It was built over years of listening to clients, solving complex challenges, learning from experienced teammates and continuously improving with every project they delivered.

That collective experience has become one of T1 Glass's greatest strengths. As individuals grew in confidence and capability, the company grew with them. In many ways, our story is also their story—a reflection of how shared experiences, collaboration and a commitment to learning have shaped both our people and our organisation.

Learning Beyond Borders

As opportunities took us beyond Singapore, we quickly realised that expanding into new markets meant much more than establishing a presence in another country.

Every market has its own business culture, design preferences and ways of working. Every client approaches projects differently, and every partnership begins with understanding before solutions.

Rather than applying the same approach everywhere, we chose to learn. We spent time understanding local cultures, listening to our partners and adapting to different ways of working while remaining true to the values that define us. Those experiences gave our team perspectives that cannot be learned from textbooks or specifications alone.

Today, when we support projects across Asia Pacific, we bring more than technical knowledge. We bring an appreciation for the people, cultures and relationships that shape every successful project. That understanding has allowed us to build stronger partnerships across the region while continuing to deliver with consistency and confidence.

Built on Relationships

Looking back, some of our proudest achievements aren't reflected in project numbers or regional expansion.

They are reflected in the trust our clients continue to place in us, the consultants who recommend us, the partners who choose to work with us again and again, and the friendships that have grown through years of collaboration.

Every completed project represents more than a finished workplace. Behind each one is a shared commitment, countless conversations and a group of people working towards the same outcome. Those relationships have shaped T1 Glass just as much as any milestone we've celebrated over the past decade.

Still Growing

When we celebrated A Decade in Colour, it wasn't simply about looking back. It was an opportunity to recognise everyone who has been part of our journey—our clients, consultants, architects, designers, contractors, partners and colleagues. Every collaboration has contributed to the company we are today, and every relationship has helped shape the path ahead.

The workplace will continue to evolve, and so will we. New technologies, new expectations and new opportunities will challenge us to keep learning and improving. As we look towards the future, our commitment remains unchanged: to continue building meaningful partnerships, developing our people and creating workplaces that make a lasting impact.

The first ten years have given us experience and perspective. The next chapter will be written together with the people who have been part of our story from the very beginning—and with those we have yet to meet.
